Q: Am I able to stop by and buy baked goods?
A: Unfortunately not, I am not a store front bakery. Everything I make is preordered, if you are wanting to place an order but are unsure if it's too late, shoot me an email at missheatherssweettreats@gmail.com and I will let you know if I am all booked up or not.
Q: How far in advanvce do I need to place my order?
A: The earlier the better. Placing an order at least a month in advance will be ideal for a wedding. Most custom cakes I need at least 2 weeks in advance. But again the earlier the better to secure your spot.
Q: Can I order online?
A: I do not finalize any orders through social sites. You may send photos/details to me for pricing and quotes at missheatherssweettreats@gmail.com. Once we go over pricing you can call or email to place an order. All orders require a 50% deposit to ensure your order is placed.
Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: Yes, I require at least 50% for deposit to place your order and secure your spot.
Q: What form of payment do you accept?
A: I accept, Visa, Master Card, Discover, Cash, Zelle and Apple Pay.
Q: Do you deliver?
A: I do deliver. Please ask about delivery fees. Orders can also be picked up by appointment as well.
Q: Do you offer Gluten Free products?
A: Yes I offer yellow cake and Brownies which I make Gluten Free at this moment. I am working on new recipes for other flavors to be added to the menu at a later date.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: For cancellations I need at least 24-48 hours notice. For wedding cakes, I need 1-2 weeks notice. You can call 571-437-8842 to cancel or you can email missheatherssweettreats@gmail.com
